Fuding Da Hao (福鼎大毫, "Fuding Big Sprout") is, alongside Fuding Da Bai, one of the two principal white-tea cultivars of Fuding in northeast Fujian. Selected and promoted from local Fuding stock over the late 19th and 20th centuries, it produces especially large buds covered in dense white down (hao).

Those plump, silvery buds make it a favourite for top-grade Bai Hao Yinzhen (Silver Needle) and Bai Mudan (White Peony), giving a hay-sweet, downy, gently melon-like cup. It is higher-yielding and slightly bigger in the bud than Fuding Da Bai, and the two are often grown side by side.
